  c. Removal of Products: We reserve the right to request the removal of our products from any unauthorized reseller's inventory or sales channels.
  d. Loss of Warranty and Support: Products purchased from unauthorized resellers may not be eligible for warranty coverage or product support.

Customers, distributors, and authorized resellers are encouraged to report any instances of unauthorized reselling to us promptly. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action to address the issue.

Any reseller seeking authorization to sell our products must enter into a formal agreement with us. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the reseller relationship, including pricing, distribution channels, and marketing guidelines.
