RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Request

Please make sure to fill-out all required (*) fields before submitting the request.
1. All returned merchandise must have a serial number. Please confirm that both serial numbers on the unit and the retail box match.
2. All returns will be processed when the proper forms are completed.
3. All Packages must have a RMA #. Merchandise returned without RMA # shall be refused by our RMA Dept.
4. Any returned product by improper installation, acts of nature, accident, cutting cables or any modifications to your camera will not covered by AVYCON warranty.
